Updating keys requires manual restart of Jenkins #26

After updating secrets.json (cf. nammayatri/jenkins-config#2) and activating the new configuration, we must restart Jenkins (sudo systemctl restart jenkins) so it will use the new keys.

Either automate it, or document it.
