Azure-AD / Entra not working

Dear maintainers,
I've spend hours and hours but I constantly fail getting my app authenticated via Microsoft Azure-AD. I've tried dozen of configuration variations I found in the net - including. However, I fail.
At the end, I found the Wiki entry, saying, that it will never work.
Is it correct, that it will never work? Or is there maybe someone, who can guide me through the configuration against Azure-AD auth?
