If I understand correctly, RegisterAction uses the comment-bot version of Registrator, right?

In that case, users need to install the Registrator GitHub App on their repository before they can use RegisterAction.

Should the RegisterAction documentation explicitly say that the user needs to install the Registrator GitHub App (https://github.com/JuliaRegistries/Registrator.jl#install-registrator)?
