올려두었습니다.

뼈대 코드 작성
-1) backend :
django 를 이용하여 startproject 를 해두었습니다.
-2) frontend
react 를 이용하였으며 Atomic React 환경을 구축해두었습니다.
설치 환경을 구축해두었습니다.
Read Me 에 기술해 두었습니다.
