submitting or editing any test results in a 400 - "Please review required fields and save again."

When editing or submitting any test case, I always receive a 400 with the "Please review required fields and save again." error. Nothing I change has an effect on this, and even the smallest of tests still fails.

As there is no useful information provided in the error, I don't really have anything to validate against.
