🐛 Bug: Incorrect Link for "Run Locally Using Docker" Section in INSTALLATION.md

Describe the bug

The link for the "Run locally using Docker" section in the INSTALLATION.md file does not redirect to the correct location.
Currently, the link provided is:

https://github.com/json-schema-org/website/blob/main/INSTALLATION.md#docker-deployment

This link is broken and does not redirect to the intended section.

The correct link should be:

https://github.com/json-schema-org/website/blob/main/INSTALLATION.md#run-locally-using-docker

Steps To Reproduce

1. Navigate to the INSTALLATION.md file in the JSON Schema website repository.
2. Click on the link for "Run locally using Docker" in the Table of Contents or any reference to the section.
3. Observe that the link does not lead to the intended section.

Expected Behavior

Clicking on the "Run locally using Docker" link should redirect to the correct section of the page:

https://github.com/json-schema-org/website/blob/main/INSTALLATION.md#run-locally-using-docker
