Hello @Neha @ekas. Please correct me if I am incorrect. 
a) Email integration requires a backend API and connectivity with email providers to send a confirmation email to users after successful registration.
b) To add a "Register for Event" function to this page without requiring a login, we can use a simple form within the same layout.

c) We should have a backend API that handles event registration by saving the user's information and sending a confirmation email.
So, as we need a backend API, is there a backend code base as well? Or it is in the stage of development.
