Question about adsb-exchange

Hi Joe,
I would like to take part in the adsb-exchange network. I've already running a dump1090 covering a big area. My problem is that I can not install python3 on my server next time so I unfortunately can't use your install script. I read in the source that there is an option like
nc 127.0.0.1 30005 | nc feed.adsbexchange.com 30005
Is this a valid way or do I have to get a username/password first. How I can provide my position in this case for adsbexchange?

Dear Joe,
please look at the pull requests about the install script.
IMHO beside the typos, the unit to enter altitude MUST be precised. That can badly impact the precision of the MLAT calculations.
