webページからのfile update/fetch requestによるfirmware update機能を追加する #13

binary/FS双方について下記を実現する．
- webページからのアップデートによるfirmware updateをする．
- webページにてauto update開始リクエストを送出し指定された提供元からupdateをfetchし，firmware updateする．

同時に安全性の高いupdate flowと，それに合わせた実装も行えると望ましいが，これは別ticketでもよいので任意とする．
