Steps to reproduce the issue

use Joomla updater to update com_localise

Expected result

Updated extension

Actual result

error, no update

System information (as much as possible)

generic Joomla notification that extension cannot be updated

Additional comments

https://github.com/joomla-projects/com_localise/blob/develop/update-server.xml there's the wrong link in the xml

There was a github problem a few days ago. Unrelated to com_localise.
It is solved now. Please test again.
