issue with multiprt

[SlimJUC]

when we send batch multipart messages (7+ parts)

some numbers we dont receive DLR from
the messages are sent successfully when we check provider panel
but we dont receive the DLR or any log

submit_throughput = 20 (limit from provider 50)

the only log we can see from jamsmin log for the missing numbers is the http-api.log

and syslog
