Bug Description

When the window is set to be draggable and automatic updates are disabled, the buttons of the update notification banner do not react to pointer events (not clickable, no hover effect) when the banner initially appears.

They become reactive again when the focus inside the window changes (pressing TAB or clicking on a different element than the one that currently has focus).
