Clicking the top menu icon > Permissions > Request Input Monitoring Access doesn't open the macOS settings window.
Looking at the kit.log I see:

[2024-01-07 14:43:29.427] [info]  👀 Status: {"status":"default","message":""}
[2024-01-07 14:43:29.428] [info]  🎨 Tray status: default
[2024-01-07 14:43:29.429] [info]  🎨 Tray icon: default

Expected

Should open the macOS settings window: Privacy & Security > Input Monitoring

Actual

  • Doesn't do anything
  • Also when opening that window manually, the Kit app doesn't show up in the list as it does for the other settings

The other permissions

  • Request Accessibility Access worked at first (opened macOS settings window: Privacy & Security > Accessibility).
    • I enabled the permission. But now clicking it again does nothing
  • Request Full Disk Access works as expected (opens macOS settings window: Privacy & Security > Full Disk Access)
  • Request Notification Permission works as well

Side note

  • Would be nice if the menu could show that a permission is already enabled

System Info

macOS 14.2.1 (M1 Max)
Sciprt Kit 2.2.13
