Long list of groups not viewable

Thanks for this awesome plugin. It´s very powerful! But there is one thing that is really annoying. We are working with more than 600 redircets because our old not-wordpress-site had more than 600 locations with urls you can´t use in wordpress.
So we created more than 30 groups (for each country) to handle this mess of redirects.

The problem:
The problem is, that we can´t choose all groups in the drop-down-menue for new redirects or to put a redirect in another group. After every update we have to edit your file models/group.php line 219 and have to replace the LIMIT to 100 to get all groups in all menues.

It would be awesome, if you could change this in the next update, so we don´t have to do this everytime manually.
