Automatically adds eligible offers to amex account
Run in the console tab within the developer tools of https://global.americanexpress.com/offers/eligible to avoid getting flagged as a bot by their servers, there is a 2 second delay between clicks. There is usually at most 100 offers so the entire process should take about 3 and a half minutes
