Community Action Points (CAPs) Generation (V1)

• Admin(s) have the ability to generate CAPS (community action points) to be displayed in people’s profiles/accounts privately.
• They will be displayed simply as a number in someone’s account.
• Once in somebody's account, they can be transferred to another user through the messenger.

Even if the third part isn't possible easily, but they make a request to have X units transferred from themselves (Y person) to Z person, then I have to manually delete the number of units from one account and place it in another, that's fine for the first version.

In the short term, we're looking for admin-controlled point generation capabilities and for profiles to be able to hold a balance and to be able to send balances to other profiles.

In the early mid-term, we are looking for currency generation via a series of actions performed by users who have met X credentials. We also want to have certain 'organization' profiles be able to generate and disburse currency and to have those profiles managed by several profiles.

In the mid-term, groups would be able to generate currency via a series of actions if the group has met X credentials, if not, this could be valuated by a series of moderators.

In the long-term, replace admin-generated currency with decentralized auto-generation via smart-contracts.
