As discussed, when other work will be finished, in order to evaluate the benefit of Opportunities over systems without opportunities, the idea is to come up with some simulation results like in this paper http://www.vm.ibm.com/devpages/jelliott/evrrt.html We would run simulations with threats only then with opportunities and threats and show that a big consulting company with consultant having often to wait for planes at airports would win allowing them to work even in the presence of risk because at the end the cost benefit end result would be that even if a few assets were compromised more revenue is generated by all the consultants who could work while waiting.
