Exemple of basic Listings API update of price and stock

Hello,

Differently from Orders or what have you I cannot find examples of code for the Listings API in the jlevers documentation.
I'm looking for something very simple to get me started, an update of price and stock for an existing listing, but not just that piece of code but the whole config setup before it (of course without any specific tokens or codes).

Can anyone give me that push so I can start from there. I understand most of the principles involved but I don't want to lose days stumbling in the dark for the most basic things before I can get to the real meat of the matter.
We're a small company and I'm completely alone to switch us from the Feeds API to the Listings API before the March deadline, so any help will be greatly appreciated.
