Problem with Capital letters and multi language audio

I have two problems, which I will try to fix next by going to 1.x version of this library, since one of the two issues is slightly better in regular Whisper.

1. Stable TS Issue 1: No capital letters
2. Stable TS Issue 2: Missing words in German
3. Issue with Whisper: Timestamps + Translation

To clarify, here is VTT (Stable TS):

Issue 1 is as you can see that in each line first letter is not Capital letter and there is no punctuation
Issue 2 is that there are 2 words missing (Now and Right away)
Issue 3 is that those 2 words that are missing were actually Jetzt and Gleich in German.

Fixed with only_voice_freq=True
