Information regarding heating valves not shown for actuators in Auto Mode

As discussed in this pull request: #222

Thanks for checking the config dump. You were right and one actuator was set to heating mode and the other two were set to auto heating/cooling mode. Actually, they should all be set to Auto mode automatically by a binary sensor. I have also set the other two actuators to heating mode and I could then see the valve entities in HA. Then I set the 3 actuators back to Auto mode and all valve entities are shown as not available. Can you please also make the valve entities available for actuators in Auto heating/cooling mode?
