Often not detected as recombinant in sc2rf: ktmeaton/ncov-recombinant#87

Below is info collated from the pango-designation issues by the RecombinHunt authors.

It is detected as a recombinant by RecombinHunt-GISAID.

It doesn't seem to be a recombinant as per sc2ts.
