It is detected a recombinant by both RecombinHunt-GISAID and RecombinHunt-Nextstrain.
N.B. I checked again with SupplementaryNotes2_RH_gisaid_sarscov2_detail.html. The breakpoint intervals are way off compared to the ground truth.
