Since XBB is a really important recombinant lineage, we want to explain why the Pango identity of the left parent inferred by sc2ts is not as precise as the ground truth's. The right parent is identical (BM.1.1.1).

Left parent
truth, BJ.1 = B.1.1.529.2.10.1.1
sc2ts, BA.2.10 = B.1.1.529.2.10
