Disable the "in-app screensaver" via the app preferences and then make sure to configure your TV to automatically turn the screen off. |

Thank you. Unfortunately my TV and from what I've seen online a lot of Google TV (native) tv's do not have automatic screen off function. Apparently Google wants everyone to have their TV's on 24/7 and finds it an "feature" that when not used TV can still draw energy by turning into "work of art" with silly slideshows xD Neverthless, i found deep in the power settings a manual option to turn off the screen and it works with jellyfin. The problem is that I have to enable it manually every time. |

As the title says. It would be nice if Jellyfin would have a REAL screensaver that would completely turn off the screen to save energy and prevent burn-in.
Specifically it could be Music library only function because when listening to music there is no need to keep whole TV lit up.
