Typing mise use no and hitting TAB does not offer node@ as an option.

Typing mise use apollo-ro and hitting TAB does not offer apollo-rover@ as an option.

is related. Maybe the same codepath that powers tool completion (via mise registry --complete) should be used for tool@version?
