Personal API Keys - step 13th - problem

I'm struggling with step no 13. I Cannot create oauth2 credentials. It's not strictly related to kodi youtube plugin, but maybe someone could help with it.

That was annoying. Workaround:

1. + CREATE CREDENTIALS
2. OAuth client ID
3. TVs and Limited Input devices
4. CREATE
