Add Link to Wiki on README #62

It seems the website linked that explains the proper way to use the library is down, but was copied to the repo's Wiki page here.

Would you be against accepting a PR that points towards the WIki page and / or changing the http://boedesign.com links to the Wiki page?

If you're planning on bringing the site back this might not be such a big issue, but it might be good to have changed in the meantime.
