Will not start camera unless there is a microphone

All microphone inputs were disabled on computer. Once activated, then it continued the wizard where I could select my webcam.

Interesting - I hadn't really considered the case where someone would want the camera but no mic. The current flow is built around the idea of people "escalating" their level of social interaction: text chat -> microphone -> video

I'll do some thinking on what kind of UI could make it easier to handle these other use cases.
