URLs for sharing

It would be useful to be able to share a URL that specifies enough for someone to look at the same thing you're looking at. This might include a view (zoom level and center point), a selected city, or an individual. Making it obvious that a URL can be shared would probably start with updating the URL as the user manipulates the map, but might also include a small permalink in the footer or in the pop-up window.

Constructing good URLs is always a bit of a challenge, but to start off, here are some options, cribbed pretty directly from Google Maps:

• View: /@45.5096832,-122.6519775,14z - latitude, longitude, and zoom level
• Location: /place/Brooklyn,+NY
• Individual: /person/Jason+Owen
