Collect location data from users

The RC directory asks for current location, but it might be cool to allow users to specify other locations directly in the app. Some initial ideas:

• Hometown
• Current location
• Neighborhoods
  • Brooklyn and Manhattan are the two most populated places, and neighborhood data would help contextualize and break them up.
  • Neighborhoods could also be helpful to see where folks lived during their RC stints. This was one of the RC Mapp project's goals.

@jasonaowen also had the idea to ask for places users have lived previously or places they visit often enough to want to be included on RC meetups for the area, which seems to be a big use case.
