I would like the map to still be viewable and usable by unauthenticated users but without displaying RCers' personal information.

The default map can still show population-sized bubbles for locations but without the exact locations' population counts. The LocationMarkers should not display RCers' names and info but instead a message that might say - "There are RCers at this location - Log in for more information."

@zachkrall had the idea to remove the bubbles from the unauthenticated screen entirely, just showing colored-in countries, maybe with a sequential color scale to generalize the population info.
