after execute redbean keyboard direction keys do not work any more

after execute redbean, keyboard function keys do not work any more.
if I press "up arrow" key, the console shows [[A, why?

Up Arrow: [[A
Down Arrow: [[B
Right Arrow: [[C
Left Arrow: [[D
Home: [[H
End: [[F
etc.

why?

later I found that, after running redbean, chcp changed to 65001. execute command chcp again to return normal keyboard.
