NameIDFormat not removed from DB

Not sure if anyone is still using Janus, but just in case:

If you set a NameIDFormat, and then later remove it, the value is not actually removed from the Janus-database. It had me puzzled for a while why I was still sending a persistent NameID to an application eventhough the unset default should be unspecified.. Hopefully this saves anyone a headache
