ACLs are not properly pushed to Engineblock #632

When I set an ACL on an SP, it will end up in Engineblock as
a:0:{}(equal to Allow none).This should be a minor fix, since all data is avaiable and the push-mechanism is working fine.. I could use a hint where the parsing of the ACL checkboxes happens though..
