Search should skip certData

I just searched for the string "zuyd" in Janus and found 3 IdP's of which one had nothing to do with the school named "Zuyd", except that the certData accidentally contained the substring "zUyd" somewhere.

I don't think there's any usecase for searching in certData but it degrades the search result with unrelated hits.

My advice would be to skip certData from search.
