Incorrect git configuration in release job #1987

but email should be as configured in Eclipse Foundation:

    "github.com": {
      "username": "eclipse-faces-bot",
      "email": "[email protected]"
    }

This causes bot-commits to fail to be associated with https://github.com/eclipse-faces-bot and ECA to fail for them.
