Simple Dshot part does not work on Teensy 3.6 #4

Unfortunately, I am able to get an "Arm" tone out of the motor, but not anything more than that. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

If you're having trouble like I did to find a very simple dshot packet exporter, check out my package which does this. https://github.com/AirmanEpic/teensy_dshot_simple
