## 2023-07-26: Sign and coordinate convention flexibiliy
Sergei:
The way to deal with right-screw field lines is to use the right-handed
coordinate system where iota is positive for the right screw.
Change in EFIT_to_Boozer is the following. It produces now 3 files
instead of one. Namely, it keeps the old output, "fromefit.bc", and
writes two more outputs, "fromefit_neo_lhs.bc" and
"fromefit_neo_rhs.bc". First of these two is for the left-handed
coordinate system and second one is for the right-handed. Therefore, one
of these two has positive iota - this file should be used then for NEO-2.
Old output "fromefit.bc" is the same with "fromefit_neo_lhs.bc" only for
the left-screw fields (AUG standard). In case of a right-screw field (if
one flips in the standard AUG field toroidal field or toroidal current
but not both at the same time), old output gives a weird combination
which should not be used with NEO-2.
In case we get Boozer file with negative iota from someone else, it can
be re-mapped to a different coordinate system as described in
"boozer_sign_convensions".
