Standard URLs for downloading the full and delta snapshots are not working:

"full": "https://files.iota-testnet.iotaledger.net/snapshots/latest-full_snapshot.bin",
"delta": "https://files.iota-testnet.iotaledger.net/snapshots/latest-delta_snapshot.bin"

Hence, my Hornet node is not starting for the IOTA testnet.
