[@capacitor/camera] Images are overexposed, when using chrome on android

Q&A: Overexposed pictures taken with Chrome on Android

Problem:

Pictures taken with Chrome on Android are always overexposed.
In the attached screen recording, you can see, that first, the exposure is as expected, after taking the picture, the image gets much brighter.
