Is the device listed as supported in zigbee2mqtt.io ?

• If not, it requires an external converter or it wont be supported in the Zigbee-adapter until it is
• If it is, the device will most likely require the upcoming 1.11 / 2.0 version of the zigbee Adapter, as only that will support the latest devices. ETA for that is a few weeks.

p.s. Integration into zigbee2mqtt or generating an external converter requires for a programmer to have physical access to a device. With that, it may be possible to get the devices integrated quickly, as they seem to be white label copies of existing devices.
