Implementing Auto for one of Intuit's repositories using Jenkins UI

Hi Andrew,
I'm setting up auto for one of Intuit's repositories using the jenkins UI since we don't have a jenkins file yet. I added a small script as an 'Execute shell' in jenkins. However, I keep getting this error. Any ideas on how to go about it?

For your reference earlier we had these configurations:

It looks like you're trying to make a release for a tag that's already been released
