Enrichment service is too tolerant of bad algorithm names

For one thing the names are confusingly similar, but this is made worse by the fact that if a bad algorithm name is provided it is treated as if no algorithm was specified (i.e. no statistical correction).

Errors should be thrown, and the list of algorithms supported should ideally be introspectable somehow.
