No support for multiple jobs when building the SDK

Build times for the SGX SDK are relatively slow (hovering around 10 minutes on my machine). Furthermore, specifying multiple jobs (-j $(nproc)) leads to compilation errors when building the SDK.

Are there any clues as to why the SDK compilation process does not support multiple jobs, or how SDK build times could be improved?
