Possible to export as stand-alone plugin

Working with a firm that does not want to bundle the entire TinyMCE stack into a single webpack, for reasons, and instead would rather have the tinymce-a11y-checker bundled as a plugin the way they have been handling TinyMCE plugins for several years.

We are trying to figure out if this is possible. We have limited knowledge of NodeJS/Docker/etc, and were looking for a little guidance or directing. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
