How to do Drawing markups on pdf document using Javascript

I am developing asp.net mvc4 web application in may application i have requirement of open pdf document on my mvc view then i have to draw tick marks and into marks. for this requirement i am using
pdf-annotate.js-master.zip this one i am trying to integrate into my application but i am getting problem. The problem is
actually i want to display pdf on change event. hear index.js file render() function is not getting executing please suggest me how to overcome this problem.
