Error in generating connectivity.vep.zip

there is a problem occurred during the operation. I tried the data of two different patients, one of which was able to run normally, while the other had problems, as shown below:

Then I input the same make command again, but there is a different problem, as shown below：

There is a problem in generating connectivity.vep.zip When I open tri_counts.vep.txt, the data dimension is (160x160), but lut.vep.txt shows that there are 162 partitions in this template. I think there is a problem here. What is the reason?
