Aqua/zman placeable tiles left floating

Sometimes the trash tiles sent by Aqua & Zman, and the trash tiles that spawn in the Endless D1-D4 levels, will linger on the screen as non-tangible tiles.
The issue to this is thought to be when a trash tile falls on a tile that the player's piece already occupies before the piece is placed.
