IE11 - Clicking anything other than the vue-cool-select or another vue-cool-select component fires something unwanted

In the following examples I have a cool-select inside a dropdown component. This dropdown component should be kept open until the user clicks outside of it, or the trigger button itself. It shouldn't dismiss when a user still clicks inside (for ex. an Apply button) the dropdown component. As you can see in the Chrome example is how it is supposed to work.
