Cooking tool durability

It would be cool if Pam's cooking tools would have a durability. Like the juicer, cutting board, etc. If you agree, please let me know and I'll fork and make a pull request.

Sounds great, but not sure how you would code it without access to Pam's source code. If you can though, yeah go for it.

This should be pretty easy, because all we need to do is replace the recipe
with one that decrements the damage value on the item stack. But I won't be
able to build HO without the PHC source, right? So that will impede any
contributions.

I've actually tried asking Pam via forum PM for access to her source, but
I've got nothing but silence. Maybe you could intercede for me? I could
help her with some bugs as a token of my appreciation ;)
